Flanked by dome glass crystals to see the movement and dial. The dial has some imperfection on the edge between 4 and 5 as shown in 1st and 5th photos. Two little latches are connected to the top, and once released allow the charm to open and reveal 8 little round picture frames that are all wonderfully concealed into this small round ball. This is a gorgeous handwoven 14k gold Nantucket basket charm/pendant. The basket finished with a swing handle and the lid opens and closes securely. The lid of the basket is ornamented with an oval Scrimshaw insert depicting Ship. Opens to reveal a miniature replica of a penny. Inside of the basket inscribed: "I'M A TINY NANTUCKET BASKET HAND WOVEN AND STOUT DON'T LOSE ME OR ABUSE ME AND I'LL NEVER WEAR OUT".
